Job Vacancy: Office Manager – Law Firm
Based in Nairobi, the Office Manager will ensure efficient running of the office through coordination and supervision of day to day office administrative activities.
Duties
- Coordinate staff issues including supervision of administrative staff
- Ensure service efficient delivery to clients is to the expected standards
- Ensure adherence to CLE calendar
- General office administration
- Oversee the maintenance of the diary and follow up on court cases
- Follow up on collection of outstanding fees from clients
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a busy law firm.
- Excellent supervisory, teamwork and communication skills.
