Responsibilities

Training Content Development

  1. Develop high-quality content for new courses based on clients’ needs and market trends
  2. Plan and prioritize course content revisions
  3. Assess, monitor, and manage course content quality

Training Management

  1. Gather clients’ training expectations for customization of the courses
  2. Monitor and provide feedback on the quality of ongoing training
  3. Carry out post-training evaluation with the participants
  4. Plan the training logistics

Business Development

  1. Provides market insight and subject matter knowledge to better assess industry trends and respond to customer needs.
  2. Research and scout for new business opportunities
  3. Develop proposals and quotations for clients
  4. Managing clients’ logistics

Qualifications and Skills.

  1. Degree in M&E, Project Management, Statistics, or any other relevant field
  2. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience developing innovative curriculum, learning paths, and learning solutions
  3. Excellent and demonstrated experience in training courses content development
  4. Experience in organizing events such as seminars, workshops, or conferences both physical and virtual.
  5. Strong research and analytical skills.
  6. Excellent IT skills especially MS office tools.
  7. Experience with teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, google meets, etc.
  8. Excellent business development skills including development.
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, to multi-task, and prioritize.
  10. Efficient and organized with good attention to detail.
  11. Highly motivated and a self-starter.
